Meet Tamas Kelemen, our talented Executive Chef at Indiana Kenanga Restaurant, Lembongan, Bali. Originally from Hungary, Tamas brings over 20 years of culinary experience from across Europe and Asia. He has worked in prestigious establishments such as the Steigenberger Hotel in Vienna and the Ritz-Carlton, where he gained extensive expertise in managing high-end restaurants and large-scale events.
Tamas specializes in creating innovative menus, blending international flavors with local ingredients, and has a deep passion for sustainable cooking. His career has taken him to world-renowned kitchens, including Gordon Ramsay Holdings and the Red Bull Ring in Austria. Now at Indiana Kenanga Restaurant, Tamas continues to bring his passion for fresh, vibrant cuisine to every dish, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience.
