Originally from the center of France, Clément Fouqueré grew up in Polynesian atolls, rocked by the waves of Mooréa, before studying at the Thonon les Bains hospitality school in Haute Savoie. . After 10 years of experience with the most famous French chefs, the last one being Eric Fréchon Restaurant le Bristol in Paris, crowned in 2008 with 3 Michelin stars.
